In short: AU21 runs a 3% Daily Loss Rebate (on net daily losses), a 2% Daily Rollover Rebate (on total turnover), a 3% Weekly Loss Rebate (on net weekly losses) and a 5% Weekly Commission Rebate for eligible accounts. Each rate has its own base, so “3% + 2%” is two rebates, not a 5% one.

Daily: Loss 3% and Rollover 2%
The 3% Daily Loss Rebate is applied to net daily losses once daily settlement is complete; the 2% Daily Rollover Rebate is applied to total qualifying turnover during the daily cycle.
The two daily rebates reward different kinds of day. A losing day lifts the loss rebate; a busy day lifts the rollover rebate whatever the result.
Why 3% + 2% is not 5%
Because the 3% and the 2% are applied to different amounts – net losses and total turnover – there is no single figure a “5%” could apply to.
| Rebate | Base | Sum | Rebate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Loss 3% | Net loss | AUD 100 × 3% | AUD 3.00 |
| Daily Rollover 2% | Turnover | AUD 500 × 2% | AUD 10.00 |
| Wrong: “5%” | ? | No single base | — |
Made-up figures to show how the bases work – AU21’s system calculates actual rebates from settled results.
Weekly: Loss 3% and Commission 5%
The 3% Weekly Loss Rebate is calculated on net losses over the full weekly settlement period; the 5% Weekly Commission Rebate applies only to eligible accounts, as determined by AU21’s criteria.
The Weekly Loss Rebate mirrors the daily one over a whole settlement week. The Weekly Commission is different in kind: it applies only to accounts that meet AU21’s criteria, so it is not a weekly rebate for every player. It is separate from the AUD 19 Weekly Welcome Back.
